ADS was founded in 1991, incorporated in 2003, and has been helping clients with Data, Voice, and Video Telecommunications and Technology Planning from day one.  The founders have been working with E-Rate since 2003 and have supported hundreds of locations in almost every state.  In the past we have outsourced our knowledge to companies that needed help supporting Client E-Rate initiatives.  On July 1, 2008 ADS decided to launch its own E-Rate Consulting Service so we could better support applicants.
